Long's has the Alley Cat sale- 3.5 lb bag for $2.20. That's what I feed my chickens- what's wrong with Alley Cat? Though when I passed through Target here on Oahu they had 16lb KitnKaboodle for $11 and I think Kmart has a similar sale.
What else make good chicken food? i wait till later in the spring and Kmart always discounts their stacks of 20lb bird seed to 4-5 dollars. though my 2 hens wouldn't eat it and stopped laying for 6 months the last time.
Other people want to make friends- I just want to make money.
