Liability for farm animals

I've never heard of such a thing. I guess I've heard it all now. That would be a deterrent I would think to living a sustainable lifestyle, because the average small farmers probably wouldn't qualify under the earning income clause. The Big Island is such a rural, live as you please, type of place I'd be surprised if this was a law if anybody would follow it. Maybe someone else can chime in, but my gut would say that this is not an issue here. Angela
