Thanks John for telling me yesterday! This affects many of your clients, and people like my mom who wants to sell her house but her pool from 1987 was never finaled under an O/B permit although done way before she ever bought it in late 90's. Now it can be finaled without a GC signing on - basically paperwork completed. Whether it sells or not right away is a different story! [
