Kapoho Cat are you familiar with the house on 14-4909 Kahiloli Place( PARID: 140680760000 ) on the market for $264,500 it is bank repo. I think according to the flood map it is in the flood zone. This is the one they are interested in. The agent who has the listing is in Kona and does not know much about it. We are all on the main land at the present and we are just trying to see if it is worth a trip up to look at it.
The pics on the Hawaii info are not they way it really looks now...the agent put pics on line from when the people lived there and had it for sale!!

Yes, that house is around the corner from us. It originally was all 3 lots for sale in 2005 (??) for about $899K. Both the vacant lots sold and people are building. We were just talking about that house this AM. Do you want some pics? Just email me and I can take some. I also think emailing Jessica at Aloha Coast who was in there yesterday looking at it with someone - she will have seen the inside - (I would just have to peek in the windows! [
]. )I also suggest you look up the TMK and see last sale price, and permits on the COH website.
