Time is getting close, getting ready to move. Have decieded on moving into my sisters rental house, buy it and build a rather large shop/studio building, nothing fancy. Concrete floor, lots of windows, maybe 36 X40. ( Much bigger than the house)
Anyway, reputable builders are available for that type of project?[?]
Here in Iowa it would be a post frame building,are they common in Hawaii?
Taxes on the house are cheap by Mianland standards, would the building really add a bunch to the bill?[V] I know I can get some answers from the County, but maybe there are ways to minimize by how the building would be classified?
