The reason there are still some tables and chairs in the cafe at Borders is they're going to a local senior center, which is letting the chairs stay until the closure.
They seem to have some stuff coming in from the warehouse, or stuff that was on order? But all typical Borders merchandise. The Hawaiiana shelves emptied right away and then refilled. Friday I stopped by and there was a new CD that I looked up on Amazon and it was just released last week, so definitely was new stock.
I've been using the Rewards coupon to pick up some good stuff. This weekend is a 40% off coupon.
If they get to the point where they lower prices to 60-75% off, I might do some quantity buying.
