I agree to some extent. However, from law enforcement's perspective, they must do it. They are under a mandate from the people to do what your seeing. The only ones to blame are those who voted for the Lowest Law Enforcement Priority initiative. Had it not passed, the people could complain. But since it did pass, all the police are doing is following the law as the people demanded. You can't complain about what they are doing when the people told them they must do this and do it at a level much higher than they did in the past.
