@DaVinci: Disappointed that Emily could not muster enough courage to vote on behalf of the safety of HER constituents. Why is it that Puna must look to District 1 and District 7 for sympathetic representation?
ME: Who knows? With the amount of local press this story is getting maybe the council reps will reconsider their stand. They can still change their minds. I am hoping we will have a public hearing and from that public hearing bring the COMMUNITY'S voice back to the council and let them know what the COMMUNITY feels. While the Council would not concede to sponsoring a public hearing there is no reason the Public could not.
