A nice couple all the way from that other Kapoho subdivision ( [
] ) picked up a short sale down the street from us! The price was incredible. (of course I thought it might be a tear down - but they are bringing it back to life! Good thing they saved a lot of money on the purchase price!)
Took about 6 months or so to close.
