lfoster, what languages do you develop in? If you cant get good mobi connection you could get a sprint android phone since they have (truely) unlimited data, you can tether with that. or get http://www.virginmobileusa.com/mobile-broadband/ since they run on sprints EV-DO network you can use that also its unlimited for 40 bucks... forget att and there stupid limits. I can use 5gb in a day.
