trying to sell unfinalized owner/builder home

So i listed my home for sale 430 something days ago. No buyers.....Finally, 430 something days later, I get a prospective buyer. Home is now in escrow. BUT NOW, my realtor tells me that because my addition is not finalized, I have run into a brick wall. Basically, because I took the permit out as an owner/builder, once the addition is finalized, I am unable to sell the home for 12 months. The good news is that if I find a general contractor willing to sign off on the addition, then I can continue with the sale. Well, I have been searching weeks on end to find a contractor willing to do it. Anyone know of someone who can help me? Needs to be a lisenced contractor. I will pay to have this done. House needs to go. I am losing money each month on it. HELP please!!!!
