Illegal Dumping - The Problem Solving Workshop

Right now the transfer station workers have repeatedly turned away people in construction trucks with their own household trash and were told to go to Hilo only. One person I know said yes I use my work truck (logo on side) because MY WIFE doesnt want her new Prius used for our kitchen trash. This person did go to Hilo and the next day called COH dept head. |
