They both are known as VERY developer-friendly, or as described in some countries "on the take." [][][] Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd signed off on a new 400-unit Alii Drive condo complex with a "no significant impact" note, even though the traffic is already backed up way past of this new proposed condo complex every morning. I can't even imagine how the cars will merge onto Alii Drive from that complex! I'm sorry, but approving something like that proves that the person is either stupid, or ignorant, or ...! (Lets just not go there!) Needless to say the Council rubber-stamped the project based on that recommendation.
