Lack does mainly fundraisers for other groups. Ours is actually one of the smaller ones he does. The birds he uses are almost four pounds each and he cooks them over Ohia coals. He does not soak the birds in BBQ sauce; they are lightly coated and you can deliciously taste the Ohia wood smoke flavor -- Scrumptious -- I don't know what he would sell them for if he wasn't working with organizations that were trying to raise funds but, value wise, the Puna Baptist Church Family Pack is a real deal.
