HPP - did anyone see a white pickup with a yellow

Seeb, I haven't been able to find out anything about that truck. FWIW, the HPP Hui was opened as a courtesy/convenience, and it is not an official shelter. Anyone with $25 can buy one of those yellow flashing lights for vehicles at Magoo's, so I'm guessing that whoever that was did not have official status.
