Yes...Your right Hotzcatz. And I believe they will be looking at Hamakua areas also. They also have a young child ...so a good school is a very important factor in determining where they live. They've been to the Big Island several times in the last few years...and seen many places in the Hilo area already. They stayed at our place in HPP and like the area very much...but when I told them that the county is just about ready to start construction to widen Hwy 130...and that it will probably take years to finish....they don't now seem as interested as they were before. They've already seen what traffic is like now...and can imagine what it will be like when construction starts. It's not a great selling point for homes in lower puna for people that have to commute everyday
