Am still toying with so many housing options. I do have an offer in on a "shortsale" but it's been a month, and have not even gotten an answer to my offer. So, still thinking.... I believe that Kapohocat would know the answer to this question, but if someone wanted to build a 30 ft yurt on a concrete, 4 foot stemwall, with a concrete floor- then would the place to start be with a draftsman- and then walk it over to the building dept myself? I mean, it's really really simple. It's a 30 foot circle. I'd put 6 or 8 PvC pipe outlets in the foundation for screening (ventilation) or plumbing and electrical. Mahalo!
