I wouls still call. Could have been an employee leaving the business property (as is the case with my neighbor who has employees come and go from compnay HQ.) I wouldn't paint ALL companies bad just because one reacted badly. Is like saying I drank coffee once adn it was bad therefore all coffee tastes bad. Like Rob T says - presume the best.....
