Pohoiki may expand with a hot pond and land

It is my understanding, from a member of the family that owns the property with the "red house", that it is not, and will not be, for sale. The County's proposed purchase is on the other side of that property. This opens up a huge can of worms concerning access between the existing park and the new addition - across privately owned land. |
