It's not oil. and the road was striped 4 months ago not a couple of weeks ago, the contractor, at his cost, will restripe over the treatment where ever it is sprayed.
Why don't you stop in the office and speak with the GM, I heard he's a real nice guy and has an open door policy.
Or, attend the next BOD's meeting in June to follow the path of the remediation for the Phase III paving contract.
