HPP leash law ?

The Shipman owners do not want any vehicles, campers or hunters on their land. The dogs and people are welcome to walk and fish on Shipman land and neither dogs or people have to be leashed.


They don't mind you walking their shoreline, but further inland they do mind. I'm wondering if they still have the nene goose sanctuary on the grassy bluff near Shipman's beach. If they do, we would hope the dogs that people bring along when hiking don't bother the birds there.
