Think more MAJOR, (either an off the chart earthquake like Japan had in March, or a tsunami like the one in Japan in March - if we had BOTH!!! YIKES!!!) and even the air bridge infrastructure could be damaged... and there is a potential for that magnitude hitting here (geologic record has some indication of far worse hitting this island).... but in historical times the 7.9 in 1868 has been the worst....

Even a major disruption in the oil supply services (esp. to Honolulu) will cut off that air bridge for all but the most critical uses...
