Supermarket supply of food on the Big Island?

i think if we had a large disaster such as japan just had, big island food would be heading for honolulu not the other way around. the barges might be able to run even if the airports were closed but if electricity was gone and the chevron refinery was shut down there would not be fuel even for them. this might actually be good for the big island as a million people in oahu could make short order of our food supply. lets hope mother nature remains kind for awhile and everyone get your "victory gardens" going unless you think that is being "paranoid" according to some punawebbers...
