Container rates

We just shipped a 20 ft. container door to door from So. Oregon, which Matson then trucked up to Portland, then sent by rail to Seattle, then when it got to Hilo, they delivered it to Pahoa for $5200. It didn't matter whether we had it full or not, the rate was the same. I would imagine it would be pretty much the same from Oakland to Hilo.
