DLNR Tree Nursery in Hilo should have them (and other trees too) - in dibble tubes or bare root. Stop in at their Kilauea St. office a few blocks Puna-side of Hilo Shopping Center. You will recognize the complex by all the blooming native white Hibiscus. They have a list of all the trees available - very minimal cost.
