Alkaline Drinking water
#5
Water that's alkaline enough to have any effect on your body would be liable to burn off the lining of your mouth and throat first, like drain cleaner. Very slightly alkaline water (pH 8 or so) is beneficial only in that it's likely to have less dissolved gunk in it than slightly acidic water. But unless something is seriously out of whack (like there's rotting vegetation in your catchment tank turning it acidic), there's probably nothing to worry about.
