Evidently, my house is next to some hunting trails. One of the dogs came to our house and we fed it and called the owner- and he came out of the woods and gave me a big slab of pork- which I now have cooking in my pressure cooker. How awesome is that? Anyhow, I helped butcher a deer one time and it took like 3 days! How on earth do they cut up an entire pig on the trail? This is just incredible to me!
