Curious about opinions on anchoring one if these structures:

Onto a pad vs a knee-wall. Their website says both are acceptable. I am curious what your outlook on things like - saftey/structural integrity? Would it be better off / safer one way or the other? Also maybe something like rusting - could it rust quicker being lower to the ground - maybe being anchored higher up on a knee-wall would keep the moisture down? Maybe it really doesn't matter what you anchor it to. Curious for any and all input - thanks.
