Lori Taylor, Service specialist, is top notch, ask for her if you want to set up an appointment. The service specialists make sure you are well taken care of by the mechanics, and on time.
They will drive you to wherever in town you want to hang, and pick you up, or they have a lounge with free instant beverages and water, free internet & computer, TV, and newspaper. For my recent oil change and safety, I was ferried back in a brand new loaded Mercedes sports car -- probably my one and only to ride in such luxury!
About six years ago I had a mystery problem with my Hybrid Civic, which in hindsight turned out to be a Recall item on the electronics and required a software patch. But mine happened before the recall was issued or the Honda techs knew of it.
