People bliss out here and imagine they can do whatever the hell they want because they are carefree, focused on their wants and needs and are oblivious to the wants and needs of others, such as the need to be secure from your mangey cur, who simply MUST walk this earth unrestrained.
This is exactly what is dealt with at the tide pools. Much of the area is private property. All the NW and neighbors ask is to leave your dog at home. Many people dont even bring a leash for them.
People want their dog to have the same fun as the family. And even though there are now porta potties, the doggies dont seem to use them! [
