Age of population, County of Hawaii
Persons under 5 years, percent, 2010 6.4%
Persons under 18 years, percent, 2010 22.8%
Persons 65 years and over, percent, 2010 14.5%

So, HPP has a higher percentage of children and a lower percentage of elders than the county and the state as a whole. Looks like a school is needed.
