Thanks Greg for the explanation of Industrial Arts. However, based on their application (#1122 supplemental), and under Industrial Arts, they are talking noise as in power tools, machinery etc. More along the lines of maybe woodworking, metal working, etc. It does not sound like they are talking about what you described. By my reading (based on their own words), I get the impression they are talking about people building metal sculptures and similar activities.
