considering class action on HARC

once again paid an incredible auto repair bill. this time the mechanic said "those roads are killing your vehicles" , "this is a senseless repair " . i have consulted an attorney and inquired about obtaining reimbursement for the repair . HARC has accepted complete responsibility for the road. they collect money to do repairs , and claim to be the only allowable organization to repair the roads.
this puts them in a position of liability. is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against HARC. if so speak up , join up and bring on your auto repair bills
