My take on Ainaloa is back in the early to mid 90's it was scary, trailer park material scary (lots of unpermitted shacks and homes on wheels), but as time has passed it has become gentrified and much more civilized than back in the day.
There are those in my neighborhood who tell me just 25-30 yrs ago, it was lawless, the cops wouldnt come down here, and there were all sorts of shenanigans going on. Now it is just the Association's fairly legal shenanigans, and cops cruise through here almost daily as a routine. Some one losing a car battery was the theft of the year. Now just a mere $65K will get you the cheapest vacant lot in the 'hood.
