Lots of good restaurants in Pahoa. Can't believe how many restaurants there are for such a small town! The Makuu farmer's market has a lot of good food vendors. I think a lot of locally owned restaurants use local fresh foods. The Hilo Bay Cafe in Hilo is really good. They use a lot of locally grown foods. I like to go there just to get their coconut-limeade. It's amazing.
