In one of the recent posts, I was intrigued by a reference to Taylor Camp and, being the inquisitive type, did a search on the web and learned a lot. Very interesting (but I am hesitant to provide greater details as it was based in Kauai and is therefore off-limits for this forum).
For those who already know what it was, a few questions...
Was there ever a Puna version of Taylor Camp and, if so, how long was it in existence? Is there any current day encampment or community in Puna with the same philosophies and mission as the original Taylor Camp?
To me, it seems as if the Big Island (and Puna in particular) would be fertile ground for such.
