Yes, do try them! I find their texture very unlike spinach, but have cooked two meals with them, and I liked the flavor. It can be a bit strong, and they take a lot of cooking for the stems to be soft, if you don't pick them off leaflet by leaflet. Worse than shelling peas, but I kind of got into it. I have some frozen, waiting for the stew pot. So Carey, my name is on a start? Yay.
