vehicle safety check / title discrepancy

when your registration comes in the mail, it will say something like, "if paying after this date, you will need a new safety check". if you are within this, and your sticker is valid i think you are fine. you do need to have that goldenrod copy and carry it in your vehicle in case you get stopped and it will have the date you had the check and it is valid for the year.
