Agro is an adjective, not a noun.
Single vehicle crashes on curvy roads mean the driver was driving too fast for the road conditions. Multiple crashes on curvy roads means the driver is a very slow learner with expensive insurance.
Drivers who are driving the speed limit are under no obligation to pull over because someone behind you wants to drive at excessive speeds. In many places in Puna there is virtually no place where you can safely pull over (Ainaloa), and in many others it would be almost impossible to get back onto the road (Highway 130 during the morning or afternoon commute.) People who want to go faster than the speed limit and road conditions need to go play Nascar driver and leave actual transportation corridors to people who care about the safety of themselves and others.
Driving fast doesn't make someone a safer driver, driving slow can mean that the driver is being realistic about the driving conditions, including things like density of traffic, visibility, weather, and roadway conditions.
Cars are not time machines, no matter how much some people want to pretend they are.
There was a bad, fatal wreck on Saddle Road this weekend, caused by someone trying to pass a car because they thought the driver was "going too slow" and tried to pass when and where that was a really bad idea. Now a twenty year old is dead, and others are injured, plus the second driver's car was totaled. The passing driver probably thought they were the best driver on the road too.
