Hello Susan,

Thanks for the information, no realtors or anyone else has yet to mention that to me about Aulii!

To be quite honest the thought of spelunking terrifies me, I really do not like being in caves.

I have walked a good deal of the lot, but it is covered in ule heh ( those ferns that are tough to spell = ) and this stuff makes it very difficult to even see any minor topography changes let alone a lava tube or some smaller pukas

Do you think its necessary to see every last inch of the lot? I feel like i'd have to clear it (with a machete or a smalll dozer) in order to get a better idea of the contour etc than I already have.
