and from what that article is saying above PVG releases HUGE amounts of Radon, that is clearly not safe for humans. see page 37, radon. any level above 4 picocuries per liter of air is worthy of abatement. According to the article below, 1 years exposure at 1 picocurie per liter of air shortens your life expectancy by 20 hours. The level of emissions from KS10 is 3050 picocuries per liter of air. clearly this is toxic and shortens people's life expectancy who are exposed.
