Monday, Wendell Ka'ehu'ae'a 's people were waving at the end of the bottleneck, along with a couple of Tulsi Gabbard's people. That's the worst spot, as that's where drivers need to be watching the road, and that is where traffic should start speeding up, not slowing down. Greggor Ilagan was waving at KHS. Better spot, still not great. The bottleneck was much worse than usual that day when I went through at 6:00 PM.
