I actually find it much simpler to define ALL actions of this Clerk and this Council with respect to this election debacle to be exactly what it has been, was and still is:

GROSS INCOMPETENCE.

Now, that being said, I see "Fresh" wants to introduce a resolution "requiring the clerk to seek help."

That action, in and of itself, is exactly what Carol calls it – nonfeasance – on “Fresh’s” part.

What would be so refreshing is to see a resolution introduced that would require terminating the Clerk immediately and require the Chairman to excuse himself in all Election matters.

And it would pass 8 to 1

I think world peace is an easier goal!
