I believe this starts all the way from the state legislature to the cops out on patrol. Just another example of this would be the 20 year old Austrailian tourist that killed another 16 year old female tourist was just sentenced to time served for 3rd degree neglegent homicide last month. It goes on to say that Tyson Dagley pled no contest to the MISDOMEANOR charge last month. Are you f-ing serious???[
!][!] The judge also ordered him to pay a little more than $78,000 for restitution and will be on probation. So, I can imagine that the prosecuter's hands are tied if the state law says you can kill someone and it's a misdomeanor. It must be the laws and no racial bias if a tourist can get away with the same crime or similar. Maybe when one of these crimes[xx(] touches home for one or more legislators will these laws even be looked at. Shame on them!!
