I was thinking about an earlier post when you said the house was built quite a few years ago. The bugs and the weather are quite hard on structures here and you should give it a good look. As a rental it may not have had the attention it should have. And several of the older ones have had copper pipe failure which is a pain to change out.

Last year we were by the house and it looks ok for the most part, but I do know it will need a bunch of work to get it where it should be. I am exploring the CCR's and making contact with a Lielani Board member for further information. I have to be ablre to build a large shop building or I have to go elsewhere. No big deal about that, but I really liked Leilani the few times we have been there, and it seems ideal, almost like Karma is drawing me there.

I can do plumbing and electrical work, so those 2 things are not a problem. (I hold a Master Electricians License), but the heavy lifting will have to be hired out.
