It's when the owners of Orchidland properties meet with the Board of Directors to get a sense of where things stand and to voice their opinions about the direction the Board should take in managing the development's affairs. For example, what actions should the Board take to encourage property owners to pay their road maintenance fees? How much should those fees be? Should we allow further commercial development in the subdivision, etc. Votes taken at these meeting can have a significant impact on the future of Orchidland, so if you're a property owner you should attend.
