Here is a link to the CC&Rs for Leilani Estates http://leilaniestates.org/Covenants.htm There is nothing in there that I would consider "Pretty far out rules". If you have an Albezia on your property ANY where in the state of Hawaii and it falls and damages a neighbors property you are responsible for the damage.
