The CCR's for Leilani are a lot less restrictive than Zoning anywhere on the mainland...And I live in the last Iowa county to implement zoning, and actually one of the last on the mainland. I am also comming to Hawaii and am going to buy a house as oposed to building because I am getting to old to fight another round by building another house ( I built 5 by myself), and as an electrician I can't count the ones I wired or rewired over 40 years.[]
