Latest update is that Ilagan wants to move into the old police substation next year, after a substantial renovation. He would probably share it with Kokua Pahoa, which is already a Hawaii nonprofit, has a membership base of at least 6 other nonprofits plus county agencies, and will have its federal designation by then. I believe that the matter is still being negotiated, and only hope that we end up with a win-win.
