I think calling in Sonia Martinez is a good idea. She always has promoted heathy food prepared well, and now that she is retired this might be a good project for her. Besides that, she has name recognition and would have more clout when she approaches HMC admin. I hope we are kept in the loop on this, so we can add our support whenever it is needed - for example, a letter campaign.
